Contact form

When you contact us via the form, we process your name, company, email address, number of talents, preferred package and your message solely to respond to your request. The data is transmitted encrypted via our web server at cyon (Switzerland) and sent to us by email. To prevent abuse, your IP address is stored for a maximum of one hour.

Programme participants

Talent profiling data (e.g. interests, family situation, values) is used exclusively for matching with Local Connectors. It is treated confidentially and never passed on to third parties. Employers only receive aggregated reports.

Server log files

When you visit the website, technical data such as IP address, date, time and browser are recorded. This data ensures security and stable operation and is deleted after 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking, statistics or marketing cookies. Only your language choice is stored locally in your browser.

Disclosure

We do not pass your data on to third parties, except to carefully selected service providers (e.g. hosting, email) acting on our behalf. Data is stored in Switzerland.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Please contact hello@beyondarrival.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
